"How long does setup take?"
Twenty minutes. We provision a Drive folder, a WhatsApp number, and send you the upload link.
"Why don't you do this for our rivals?"
We do — but every report is exclusive to the buying club. Reports are private; the database that powers them is shared only in anonymised form.
"What if the AI is wrong?"
Every report is human-reviewed by the founder before delivery. AI does the heavy lifting; the founder signs off. Material errors are corrected for free within 24 hours.
"How do I cancel?"
WhatsApp "cancel". Service stops, the unused portion refunds within 14 days. No contract. No exit fee.
"I want a different language."
Reports issued in isiXhosa, isiZulu, or Afrikaans on request from Inkanyezi tier and up. Hudl will not do that.
